HOW DO YOU DELIVER?

Are you taking Christmas orders?
Yes. We are now taking Christmas orders. Please order via the website and we will contact you to let you know your delivery date. Christmas deliveries run from 21st to 23rd December or you can request an earlier delivery date.
How does your delivery work?
You can choose your delivery day when you order. We cannot provide a specific time as it depends on the number of deliveries we will be making, although you can call us on your delivery day and we can give you an estimated time. We offer Saturday deliveries. All deliveries are made by refrigerated van in food safe refrigerated packaging that will last for 24 hours before your meat needs to be refrigerated or frozen.
What if I cannot be in to take delivery?
As we are delivering fresh produce, which is perishable, we ask you to be in to take delivery of your meat box. If you need to change your delivery date, please contact us. If it is difficult for you to stay in on delivery days (e.g. key workers), then please contact us or leave a note (on the shopping cart page) when you order.
How do you cater for food allergies?
All of our products are individually labelled with food allergy information in bold. All of our fresh meat is gluten free. Our oven ready products (e.g. sausages and burgers) do not qualify as gluten free. Please note that all products are produced in an environment that may contain gluten. If in any doubt please contact us.
Where is your meat from?
All of our meat is sourced locally from trusted suppliers who have been serving the Lincoln area for many years. All of our meat is sourced in the UK. All of our suppliers are committed to sustainable farming and supporting local producers. If you would like to know more, please contact us.
When do you need to use the meat by?
We have use-by dates on all of our fresh meat products. We vacuum seal all of our products to maximise shelf life and to make it easier to refrigerate or freeze your products. All of our products are fresh and therefore can be frozen. There are freezing instructions on every product.
Can you recycle your packaging?
Yes. All of our packaging is widely recyclable in your domestic bin. We use cardboard boxes, paper packaging tape and foil inserts. In addition, for local deliveries, we can take away your packaging when we deliver your next order.
What is in the meat box?
Please read the descriptions carefully to see what is in each box including quantities and weights of each item. Please note that product photographs are for display purposes so there may be slight variations in sizes, colour etc. Our photographs display some items e.g. onions, parsley etc that are for display purposes only and are not included in the box.
What if I am not happy with my meat box?
We want you to be 100% happy with your meat box. If you are unhappy with your purchase or any aspect of our service, then please contact us as soon as possible.
